The formatting requirements for Word document and html web pages are
entirely different so there is no painless way of converting one to the
other. You could open the html file in Word and re-edit it to match the Word
format, or paste the web page into Word and do the same, or take a slightly
different tax and use edit > paste special > unformatted text to paste the
text. Whichever choice you make there will be plenty of reformatting to
follow.
