Are these benefits available for remote employees?

Absolutely! All benefits are available to full-time employees regardless of location. Remote workers receive the same health insurance options, 401(k) matching, learning stipends, and all other core benefits. We also provide a $1,500 home office stipend specifically for remote employees to set up an ergonomic and productive workspace. Our co-working space allowance lets you work from professional spaces when you need a change of scenery. Since we're a remote-first company, we've designed our benefits to support distributed teams, ensuring everyone has equal access to the same exceptional package.

What happens to my benefits if I leave the company?

When you leave Ademero, you'll receive detailed information about continuing your health coverage through COBRA, rolling over your 401(k) into an IRA or new employer's plan, and exercising any vested stock options. Our 401(k) contributions are immediately vested, meaning all employer match funds belong to you from day one—there's no waiting period to own these contributions. You'll have 90 days to exercise vested stock options after your last day. We provide exit counseling with our benefits team to ensure you understand all your options and can make informed decisions about your coverage and retirement savings.
