Our team reviews your answers and follows up with a recommended Cortexa server and a quote. We are happy to walk through the recommendation with your IT team and answer every question before you decide.
What if my requirements change after the recommendation?
That is normal. Plans change as teams learn what they want from AI. Tell us what changed (more people, new applications, more documents to read) and we will update the recommendation and the quote to match.
Can Cortexa work with the systems we already run?
Yes. Cortexa offers OpenAI-compatible chat, completion and embedding endpoints plus OCR for PDFs and images, so applications written for the OpenAI API can use it by changing the address they call. Each application gets its own API key, and you can see usage by key and by person. It sits right alongside CapturePoint and Content Central.
What ongoing care does it need?
Cortexa runs on servers you own, so it lives in your server room alongside your other systems. Ademero supports the Cortexa software and helps your IT team with setup, updates and questions. We cover the support details for your setup in your quote.
How is Cortexa priced?

What if we guess our numbers wrong?
Best guesses are fine. We review your numbers with you before anything is quoted, so a rough estimate here will not lock you into the wrong server. Once you are running, Cortexa shows usage by key and by person, so you plan the next step from real demand.
