01Our story

One problem, worked on for more than twenty years.

Ademero was founded in 2002 in Lakeland, Florida. The work has always been the same: helping people spend less time filing, finding and protecting documents, and more time on the work those documents are for.

That work grew into a family of products. CapturePoint scans the paper and reads it. Content Central keeps documents organized and under control, in the cloud or on an organization's own servers. Nucleus One is a lighter cloud app for team projects, tasks and client portals, and Paige turns documents into clean data. Cortexa is the private AI platform behind them all.

Today more than 1,000 organizations use Ademero, Fortune 500 companies and government agencies among them. Their security, IT and legal teams review us every year, and they keep renewing. Many work with us directly; many more work with one of our partners across the US and abroad.

And when anyone calls Lakeland, they reach a team that knows the products inside out.

05Where we are going

Document AI on your own PC and your own servers.

The next chapter is AI that reads documents where they already are. CapturePoint 6 does it today: the reading happens on the Windows PC next to the scanner.

Cortexa brings the same idea to servers you own, so private documents get the benefit of AI without leaving your building. It connects to Content Central and our other products, so AI can decide, look up, route and move information inside your document processes, and our team builds custom AI tools around how you work.
