AI consulting

AI consulting that ends in something you can use.

An engagement hands you three things: a written assessment of your document streams, a pilot on your own documents, and a scope and quote for the rollout. No slide decks. We start from products that already do the job, and build custom AI tools where your work needs more.

Remote from Lakeland, Florida. The first conversation is free.

What an AI consulting engagement hands overThree sheets. The assessment ranks your document streams, first invoices, then claims, then contracts. The pilot shows one of your documents with its fields read and one sent to review with the reason. Why consulting starts here

We fit AI that already works to the documents you already have.

Most of the AI an office needs works on documents: invoices, claims, transcripts, bills of lading, loan files. It reads them, decides what happens next, looks up and fills in data, routes the work and moves information between systems. Ademero has built document software since 2002. CapturePoint 6 and Paige read documents, and the Cortexa AI suite, our private AI platform, puts AI to work inside Content Central and our other products. Where your work needs more, our team builds custom AI tools around it.

So consulting with us is not a research project. It is finding which of your document streams to start with, proving it on your paperwork, and connecting it to the systems you run. For our products and services in general, see AI services.

What an engagement produces

Three things you keep, whatever you decide.

Each step ends with something in writing or on screen, and a decision that is yours.

01

A written assessment

We follow your documents from the moment they arrive to the system they end up in.

What is in it

  • Every document stream: what arrives, from where, roughly how many, and who touches it
  • Where each one’s data has to land: your accounting system, a records system, a folder, a person
  • The rules that apply, named: HIPAA, FERPA, state privacy and records laws, retention schedules
  • Where documents may go: a PC in your office, your own servers, or the cloud
  • A ranked list of what to automate first, and the product that fits each

You decide: Which stream to pilot first, or whether AI is worth it at all.

02

A pilot on your own documents

A sample of your real paperwork, read by the product that fits, before you commit.

What is in it

  • A CapturePoint 6 job set up from a folder of your own samples
  • The fields and line items it reads, with line-item math checked
  • What it sends to review, and the reason it gives for each
  • Files named and delivered where they belong: folders, Content Central, SharePoint or OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or Nucleus One
  • Where the cloud fits, Paige reading the same documents and delivering data by download, SFTP or webhook

You decide: Whether it works on your documents, judged by the people who handle them.

03

A scope and a quote

What the rollout covers, in writing, priced for your project.

What is in it

  • The document streams in scope, in the order they go live
  • The connections: QuickBooks, Sage 50, Sage X3, Workday, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, mailbox capture or an API connection
  • Training for the people who will run it
  • Support after go-live, from the team that set it up

You decide: Go, change the scope, or stop. The assessment and pilot results are yours either way.

Where a pilot starts

Every pilot starts from your own documents.

CapturePoint 6 sets up a job from a folder of your own samples, then learns from every confirmation and correction.

Questions

Before you book.

Is the consultation free?

The first conversation is free. It is where we learn which documents slow you down and tell you honestly whether an assessment and pilot are worth doing. Anything beyond that is scoped and quoted before work begins.

Do our documents leave our building during a pilot?

Not if they cannot. CapturePoint 6 reads documents on a Windows PC in your office, Content Central runs in the cloud or on your own servers, your choice, and Cortexa runs AI on servers you own. Paige runs on Google Cloud, so we only use it where the cloud is allowed.

What if AI is not the answer for our documents?

Then the assessment says so. Some streams are too small to be worth automating, and some problems are about who approves what rather than reading documents. You keep the assessment either way.

Do you only work in the cities listed?

No. We work remotely with organizations across the US. The city pages exist because each one covers the industries and state rules that shape paperwork there.

Will you tell us we are compliant?

No. We describe what the software does, such as permissions, audit trails, retention schedules and keeping documents on your own network. Whether that satisfies HIPAA, a state law or an auditor is for you and your counsel. We do sign HIPAA Business Associate Agreements.
