Overview
The Google Workspace integration connects Ademero with your entire Google ecosystem, providing seamless document management across Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Calendar. This integration enables single sign-on, real-time collaboration, and automated workflows while maintaining Google's security standards.

Authentication Flow
- 1User clicks “Sign in with Google” in Ademero

Prerequisites
Before You Begin
Google Workspace account
Business Starter, Standard, Plus, or Enterprise
Google Workspace admin access
Super Admin or delegated admin with security privileges
Ademero admin privileges
Administrator access to your Ademero account
API access enabled
Google Workspace API enabled for your domain
Step-by-Step Integration Guide

1.1 Access Google Cloud Console

Navigate to Google Cloud Console

Sign in with your Google Workspace admin account
Use an account with Super Admin privileges

Click “Select a project” dropdown → “New Project”

1.2 Configure Project Settings

Enter project details:
Project name:Ademero IntegrationOrganization:Your organization domain - 5
Click “Create” and wait for project creation
This usually takes 10-30 seconds

Note your Project ID
Save your Project ID!
You'll need this for API configuration
1.3 Enable Billing (If Required)

Navigate to “Billing” in the sidebar

Link a billing account or create a new one

Troubleshooting
If users see “Access blocked” or authentication fails:
- •Verify OAuth consent screen is configured correctly
- •Check that user type is set to “Internal”
- •Ensure redirect URIs match exactly
- •Verify domain-wide delegation is authorized
If files aren't syncing between Google Drive and Ademero:
- •Check Google Drive API is enabled
- •Verify service account has proper scopes
- •Ensure files aren't in restricted shared drives
- •Check sync logs in Ademero admin panel
If you see quota exceeded errors:
- •Review API usage in Google Cloud Console
- •Adjust sync frequency to reduce API calls
- •Request quota increase if needed
- •Enable incremental sync to minimize requests
