How long does implementation take?
Content Central goes live in 30 days. That includes planning, setup, moving your documents in, training and go-live. For a rollout across many departments, we plan it in phases with you and agree the dates for each one up front.
What do you need from our team?
A project lead who can make decisions, someone from IT for sign-in, the network and, if you run it on your own servers, the server, and a few people from each department to show us how documents move today and to test the setup before go-live.
Can you migrate documents from our current system?
Yes. Tell us what you use today and where your documents live. We map the move with you, bring your documents and their index data across, and check the results with you before you switch.
Does Content Central run in the cloud or on our own servers?
Either, your choice. Run it in the cloud, or on your own servers so your documents stay in your environment. For an on-premises install we work with your IT team, and either way we set it up end to end.
What does implementation cost?
Implementation is scoped with you and quoted up front, based on your documents, the systems you want connected and how many people and departments are involved.
