Prerequisites vary by certification level. Fundamental certifications typically require basic computer literacy and completion of our introductory product training. Professional and Advanced certifications require hands-on experience with Ademero products—generally 3-6 months for Professional level and 12+ months for Advanced certifications. Master certifications require completion of lower-level certifications plus demonstrated expertise in production environments. All certification programs include prerequisite assessments to ensure candidates have the necessary foundation before beginning coursework.

Ademero certifications are valid for 24 months from the date of completion. To maintain your certification status, you must complete renewal requirements before expiration. Renewal typically involves passing a shorter recertification exam covering new features and updates, completing continuing education credits through our webinar series, or demonstrating ongoing professional development through project work. Certified professionals receive renewal notifications 90 days before expiration with detailed requirements and available renewal paths. Early renewal is available up to 6 months before expiration.

Certification exams combine multiple-choice questions, scenario-based assessments, and practical demonstrations. Fundamental exams include 40-50 questions completed in 90 minutes, while Advanced exams feature 80-100 questions plus hands-on lab exercises over 3-4 hours. The passing score is typically 75% for Fundamental certifications, 80% for Professional certifications, and 85% for Advanced and Master levels. Exams are proctored either online through our secure testing platform or at authorized testing centers. You receive immediate preliminary results after completing the exam, with official certification credentials issued within 48 hours for passing candidates.
