The complete opt-in path

Request
An eligible employee asks for a text update in an active Support Central session.

Disclosure
Support Central presents the complete program terms before enrollment.

Confirm
The employee must reply YES. Silence or any other response does not enroll them.

Alert
Ademero sends only the operational update requested for that assignment.
Consent language
The employee sees this before the first text.
The disclosure is presented in the same authenticated session where the employee requested the alert. The employee must respond with an affirmative YES.

“Ademero Support Central Staff Alerts sends operational updates about the support assignment you specify. Message frequency varies; typically one outcome message plus any progress updates you request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Who can enroll
- A verified Ademero employee in the private staff contact registry.
- An employee working in an authenticated Support Central session.
- An employee who receives the disclosure and explicitly replies YES.
